Animal Crossing New Leaf: How to get the QR code machine!

Hello there! So for my first tutorial, I thought I would show you guys how to get the QR code machine!

What is a QR Code Machine?

QR code machines are used to scan codes that give you a pattern! Like for clothes, pathways, pillows, paintings, wallpaper, flooring and more. Here is an example of a code from this video (I just randomly searched up this code):

You can easily access the QR code machine and use your nintendo 3ds camera to scan the code to the left on the image. Then, you will have the creeper painting saved into your design slots!

Sometimes there will be a QR code like this:

These are pro designs! To scan these, you need to try scanning just the first code. After you do that, it will automatically recognize that it needs 3 more. So, all you need to do is scan the last three and the outfit will be saved to your design slots!

You can find QR codes from a friend or, you can easily search up on google, pinterest or other places "Animal Crossing New Leaf QR codes"!

How to GET the QR code Machine!

So to get the QR code machine, it is going to take some time. 

To get the machine you need to go to the Able Sisters shop. Once you get inside you will need to talk to the porcupine sitting at the sewing machine, Sable.
She will most likely not say much the first time around. You will need to talk to Sable everyday for one week. As you progress, Sable will start talking more and more. Eventually, after about almost a week, she will bring in the QR code machine!

Once you have the machine, you will be able to use it at any time (unless the store is closed). Whenever you would like to use it, you can either talk to Sable or go straight to the QR code machine! You can also create your own QR codes by selecting the option to when you talk to Sable.
